Julius Markos was born on April 23, 1924 in Toledo, Ohio. He was an assembly leader 29 years for the American Motors Corporation and its predecessor firms. He was a veteran of World War II and the Korean War. He was married twice, his first wife was Chloretta (Lettie) Berger. She was born October 4, 1926 and died May 10, 1982. His second wife was Susan whom he lived with at 169 Highland Hills Drive in Jerome, Michigan. He died on January 27, 1976 at the age of 51.
